What is "Hero Stash?"

Hero Stash lets you pay for items now and place them on hold so you can combine multiple orders into one shipment later and save on shipping.

How Hero Stash Works

1. Place an order and choose Hero Stash at checkout.

2. Your order is paid for, but shipping is put on hold.

3. You can place additional Hero Stash orders over time.

4. When you’re ready, you can consolidate multiple Hero Stash orders into one shipment and pay shipping once.

Important Timing Rules

• Orders can stay in Hero Stash for up to 90 days from the date they are placed.

• If you do not consolidate and pay for shipping within 90 days, the order will:

  • Be automatically cancelled

  • Be fully refunded

• Refunds only happen if the order was not consolidated and shipped within the 90-day window.

When Will My Order Ship?

• Once all items in a consolidated Hero Stash order are available to ship, the order can ship immediately.

• If your consolidated order includes unreleased preorders, shipping will wait until all items are released.
