How to Consolidate Hero Stash

What Does "Consolidate" Mean?

• Consolidation is the final step to process and prepare your Hero Stash orders for shipping.

• During consolidation, you pay only the calculated shipping fee based on your order and delivery location.

• After consolidation, your orders move from “On Hold” to “Processing” status in your Orders tab.

How to Consolidate and Pay for Shipping

1. Log in to Your Account

   • Access your Rippaverse or RippaSend account and locate the Hero’s Stash tab.

   • ⚠️ Keep in mind: Rippaverse and RippaSend are completely separate platforms. Your order history and stash are only viewable on the platform where the order was placed.

2. Select Orders to Consolidate

   • Click the checkbox next to the order(s) you want to consolidate.

3. Calculate Shipping

   • Click Consolidate & Calculate Shipping.

   • All selected items will appear in your cart with a $0 price. This is normal — the system uses the items’ size and weight to calculate the shipping fee.

   • You are not charged for the items again — only the shipping fee.

4. Choose Shipping Method & Checkout

   • Select your preferred shipping option and complete the standard checkout process.

   • Once paid, your orders move from “On Hold” to “Processing.”

   • The video shows step-by-step instructions for consolidating your Hero Stash.

   • At the 40-second mark, you’ll see a visual guide for locating and consolidating your stashed orders.

Important Rules

• Orders in Hero Stash will not ship until you consolidate them. Consolidation is not automatic.

• You cannot add new items to a consolidated order — only previously stashed items are eligible.

• Certain limited items (e.g., statues, rare collectibles) are not eligible for Hero Stash.

• Only stashed orders can be consolidated; orders already in Processing cannot be combined.

Expiration & Refund Policy

• Orders in Hero Stash are held for 90 days.

• If an order is not consolidated within 90 days, it will be canceled and refunded within 5–7 business days.

• Canceled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Users will receive email notifications before orders expire.
