WHAT DOES "CONSOLIDATE" MEAN?
Consolidating your Hero Stash is the final step to process and prepare your orders for shipping. It combines your selected orders in your stash into a single order, ensuring everything is ready for fulfillment. During consolidation, you will only pay the calculated shipping fee based on your order and delivery location. Once you consolidate, your order is locked in, and no additional items or changes can be made.
HOW TO CONSOLIDATE AND PAY FOR SHIPPING
Step 1: Login to your Rippaverse or RippaSend account and Locate Your Hero’s Stash tab
Please keep in mind that Rippaverse and RippaSend are completely SEPARATE platforms. Your order history, stash, etc are only viewable on the platform you placed your order.Step 2: Click the checkbox of the order(s) that you would like to consolidate (pay for shipping).
Step 3: Click Consolidate & Calculate Shipping button to pay for the shipping.
All selected items will appear in your cart with a $0 price so it can take the product information (size/weight/etc) to calculate the shipping fee accurately. This is normal. You will NOT pay for the items again. ONLY the shipping fee.
Step 4: Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed through the standard checkout process. Once paid, it will move your selected order(s) from “On Hold” to “Processing” status on your Orders tab.

Important Rules
- Your Hero Stash order(s) will NOT SHIP until it has been consolidated by you. It is not done automatically.
- You cannot add new items to a consolidated cart—only previously purchased stashed items.
- Certain items with a single order limit, such as statues and other rare collectibles, are not eligible for Hero Stash.
- If you select separate shipping, the Hero Stash option will not be available at checkout.
- Only “stashed” orders are eligible to consolidate. They cannot be combined with orders that are already Processing.
Expiration & Refund Policy - Orders in Hero Stash will be held for 90 days.
- After 90 days, if an order has not been consolidated for shipping, it will be canceled and refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
- Canceled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Users will receive email and notifications before expiration.
