To update the shipping address on an order that has already been placed, you must submit a ticket via the Support Beacon. Updating your address through your account will not change the order’s shipping address.
Important Notes
- We cannot update the address on an order that has already been fulfilled.
- If your order is in transit, you must contact the shipping courier directly to request an address update.
Steps to Update Your Address (Before Fulfillment)
Submit a Support Ticket
Include the following information:
Order number(s)
Previous shipping address
New shipping address
Shipping Price Adjustments
The support team will review your request and handle any shipping price differences:If the new shipping price is higher: You will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference
If the new shipping price is lower: You will be refunded the difference
If there is no change in shipping price: No further action is required
Helpful Tip
Submitting your address change request as soon as possible increases the likelihood that it can be applied before your order is shipped.
