How do I update the address on an exsisting order?

To update the shipping address on an order that has already been placed, you must submit a ticket via the Support Beacon. Updating your address through your account will not change the order’s shipping address.


Important Notes

  • We cannot update the address on an order that has already been fulfilled.
  • If your order is in transit, you must contact the shipping courier directly to request an address update.

Steps to Update Your Address (Before Fulfillment)

  1. Submit a Support Ticket

    • Include the following information:

      • Order number(s)

      • Previous shipping address

      • New shipping address

  2. Shipping Price Adjustments
    The support team will review your request and handle any shipping price differences:

    • If the new shipping price is higher: You will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference

    • If the new shipping price is lower: You will be refunded the difference

    • If there is no change in shipping price: No further action is required


Helpful Tip
Submitting your address change request as soon as possible increases the likelihood that it can be applied before your order is shipped.
