What to Check First

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
    Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered by email providers.

  2. Log in to your account

    • Go to your Orders tab

    • If the order appears there, it was successfully processed


Guest Checkout Orders

  • Orders placed without creating an account will not appear in the Orders tab.

  • Reference your order confirmation email for order details if you checked out as a guest.


If Your Order Is Not Showing

If your order does not appear in your Orders tab or you think there may have been a typo in your submitted information:

  • Submit a ticket to our Support Team

  • Include the following:

    • Your first and last name

    • The date and time you placed the order

    • Any other relevant order details

This helps us locate your order and verify whether it was successfully processed.
