What to Check First
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered by email providers.Log in to your account
Go to your Orders tab
If the order appears there, it was successfully processed
Guest Checkout Orders
Orders placed without creating an account will not appear in the Orders tab.
Reference your order confirmation email for order details if you checked out as a guest.
If Your Order Is Not Showing
If your order does not appear in your Orders tab or you think there may have been a typo in your submitted information:
Submit a ticket to our Support Team
Include the following:
Your first and last name
The date and time you placed the order
Any other relevant order details
This helps us locate your order and verify whether it was successfully processed.
