Steps to Take

  1. Check the estimated delivery window

    • Domestic orders: Wait at least 7 days past the estimated delivery date

    • International orders: Wait at least 14 days past the estimated delivery date

  2. Contact the shipping courier
    Use the tracking information provided with your order to inquire about its status.

  3. If the courier confirms your order is lost

    • You can submit a claim directly with the shipping courier

    • The courier will reimburse you if the claim is approved, allowing you to reorder the item if it’s still available

  4. Optional: Request our assistance

    • If you’d like us to submit the claim on your behalf, we can do so

    • Once the claim is approved, we can process a reshipment of the item
