Why This Happens
CGC grading is handled by a third party and requires extra processing time. To ensure accuracy and prevent split shipments, orders that contain CGC items are held until grading is complete.
What You Can Do
If you’d like to receive your non-CGC items sooner, we recommend:
Placing CGC and non-CGC items in separate orders at checkout
This allows non-CGC items to move into fulfillment without waiting on the grading process.
