Steps to Resolve

    • Include a photo of the received item

    • Include your order number

  2. Return Process

    • We will provide a Return Label for shipping the incorrect item back to us

    • Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging or something similar

  3. Replacement Item

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the correct item promptly
