I'd like to return an item/order

You may return an item after it has been delivered, within 14 days of receiving it. A restocking fee may apply.

Important Note
This policy applies only to items that have already been delivered. If your order has not yet shipped, please refer to our order cancellation policy instead.

Steps to Return an Item

1. Notify Us

   • Submit a Support Ticket via the Support Portal

   • Clearly state that you wish to return the item

2. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the following address

   • If you request a shipping label from us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

3. Refund Processing

   • Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item

   • Refunds will be sent using the same payment method used for the original order
